JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Designer, where you'll create innovative and commercially appealing product designs in a high-volume category, while collaborating with talented professionals to bring fashion-forward concepts to life.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and present creative designs that align with business strategies and brand vision.
  • Conduct research to understand fashion trends and consumer preferences, ensuring product lines meet market demands.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • Adapt and finalize designs based on feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and brand consistency.
  • Manage junior design talent and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and speed in delivery.

Skills

  • Proven ability to create original design sketches and develop successful product lines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts.
  • Ability to work under moderate supervision and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant design tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a retail environment, with a focus on fashion or eCommerce.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving, with a customer-focused mindset.
