We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team for a short-term project. This role involves crafting innovative and market-ready product designs that align with our business strategies and brand ethos.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present designs that align with brand strategies and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design excellence and timely delivery.
• Conduct trend analysis and competitor research to inform design decisions.
• Create detailed technical packs and manage the design process from concept to finalization.
• Mentor and inspire junior design team members to foster a collaborative environment.

Skills

• Proven experience in design within a retail environment, with a strong eye for fashion and detail.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including fit, construction, and fabric knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Centric PLM software.
• Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and evolving market needs.
• Experience in mentoring and developing design talent.
