Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain site infrastructure, including workstations, laptops, tablets, and printers.
• Provide support for both standard and local software, including Windows OS, Office suites, and Linux systems.
• Troubleshoot and manage complex Active Directory environments.
• Collaborate with multiple support teams to ensure efficient client and business support.
• Maintain and update site dashboards for IT assets and vulnerabilities.

Skills

• High School Diploma/GED or higher, completed and verified.
• Minimum of five years' experience in Information Technology within various environments.
• Strong expertise in configuring and maintaining Microsoft PCs.
• US Citizenship is a requirement for this role.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology is advantageous.
• Experience with Linux systems and digital transcription.
• Proficiency in Cisco VOIP support for telecommunication systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Extensive IT experience of ten years or more is a plus.
