|Job ID 70993|Posted Jul 14, 2025We are seeking a detail-oriented Identity Management Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on user access provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the IDM team with user access provisioning and modifications.
- Manage deprovisioning processes for user accounts and permissions.
- Work with Active Directory groups, users, and permissions to ensure compliance.
- Handle file share permissions and Exchange mailbox permissions effectively.
- Utilize tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow, ServiceNow, PowerShell, and Bash as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of user access changes.
- Collaborate with team members to manage multiple tickets and tasks efficiently.
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in managing roles and entitlements within IAM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with IAM tools such as SailPoint and ServiceNow.
- Basic knowledge of PowerShell and Bash scripting.
- Experience in the financial industry or similar sectors.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Experience with Excel for data preparation and analysis.
