JOB DESCRIPTION

We're excited to announce an opportunity for a talented UX Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing user experiences within our Tax group. If you're passionate about user-centered design and ready to make an impact, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Conduct user research to inform and refine design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Design and refine user interfaces based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Ensure visual design consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to implement designs successfully.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
  • Conduct usability testing to continually enhance the user experience.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

This is not a guarantee of compensation, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
