- Provide candidates with detailed insights into company culture, job expectations, and department goals.
- Facilitate post-interview discussions to aid in the selection of top candidates.
- Coordinate reference checks and pre-employment screenings, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all recruiting activities and interactions.
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance recruitment success.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Taleo.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from lead generation to offer closure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments.
- Creative sourcing skills, including the use of platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Background in recruiting for revenue cycle positions within healthcare.
