Responsibilities
- Drive product delivery by crafting user stories that translate business needs into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless project progress.
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning for optimal productivity.
- Work with UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to maintain alignment and transparency.
- Engage in launch planning and oversee post-release performance monitoring.
Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in product management or similar roles within digital product delivery.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong technical writing skills for creating clear and structured requirements.
- Experience in eCommerce platforms, with a focus on mobile and web-based journeys.
- Effective collaboration with UX teams and familiarity with design tools like Figma.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage complexity and drive clarity.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in eCommerce domains such as product discovery and checkout processes.
- Understanding of mobile app delivery and testing integration.
- Exposure to experimentation practices like A/B testing and user research.
