Responsibilities

• Drive product delivery by crafting user stories that translate business needs into actionable tasks.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless project progress.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies such as backlog refinement and sprint planning for optimal productivity.
• Work with UX designers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with product objectives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across various departments to maintain alignment and transparency.
• Engage in launch planning and oversee post-release performance monitoring.

Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in product management or similar roles within digital product delivery.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating clear and structured requirements.
• Experience in eCommerce platforms, with a focus on mobile and web-based journeys.
• Effective collaboration with UX teams and familiarity with design tools like Figma.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage complexity and drive clarity.
• Excellent communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in eCommerce domains such as product discovery and checkout processes.
• Understanding of mobile app delivery and testing integration.
• Exposure to experimentation practices like A/B testing and user research.
