Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to engineers and technicians dealing with complex electro/mechanical equipment and computer systems.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair intricate software and networked systems.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to report and resolve reliability and maintenance issues.
- Engage in customer installation and training for highly technical products.
- Provide advanced support to users with technical backgrounds, ensuring seamless product functionality.
Skills
- Proficient in JavaScript with a minimum of three years of experience.
- Strong networking skills with at least three years of hands-on experience.
- Expertise in OS debugging, backed by three years of practical experience.
- Solid knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, with three years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles, enhancing user interaction and support.
