JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented contractor to support global marketing content operations, focusing on visual identity review and accessibility compliance for international assets. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance for marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Support accessibility requirements, including compliance with ADA standards for international assets.
  • Manage relationships with agencies to validate accessibility data and ensure adherence to internal standards.
  • Verify asset readiness by checking licensing, metadata tagging, file formatting, and naming conventions.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for visual identity and accessibility.
  • Route and manage marketing assets through the content operations workflow, ensuring quality control and compliance.
  • Support the creation of training materials and guidelines for content operations.
  • Develop reporting processes for project execution and asset lifecycle tracking.

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in content operations, visual identity quality assurance, and digital asset management.
  • Strong understanding of branding and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of assets efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and agency coordination.
  • Experience in developing documentation and training materials.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting processes.
