JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Analyst. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with large datasets and provide valuable insights that drive marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify performance trends and root causes.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to develop data-driven media plans and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to scope analyses that address key business questions.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely to various audiences.

Skills

  • 1+ years of experience in an analytics or insights role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify reporting abnormalities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in media analytics, particularly in advertising campaign analysis.
  • Familiarity with advanced analytic tools such as Tableau or SQL.
  • Understanding of marketing measurement methods and ad serving platforms.
