JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Adobe Target & Lead AEM Authoring Consultant. This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance digital marketing effectiveness through hands-on expertise in Adobe Target and AEM content operations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Adobe Target for A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring optimal personalization across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with UX, content, analytics, and tech teams to design and implement testable experiences.
  • Oversee the Adobe Target request queue, tracking performance and sharing insights with stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary AEM authoring expert, providing support and guidance to content teams.
  • Ensure adherence to tagging and authoring standards, conducting quality reviews before publishing.
  • Organize digital assets in AEM DAM, contributing to improved asset discoverability and reuse.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in AEM Sites and AEM DAM content authoring.
  • Proven ability in A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, and optimization strategies.
  • Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services, B2B marketing, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Familiarity with API integrations and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data-driven optimization.
