This role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance digital marketing effectiveness through hands-on expertise in Adobe Target and AEM content operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Adobe Target for A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring optimal personalization across digital channels.
- Collaborate with UX, content, analytics, and tech teams to design and implement testable experiences.
- Oversee the Adobe Target request queue, tracking performance and sharing insights with stakeholders.
- Act as the primary AEM authoring expert, providing support and guidance to content teams.
- Ensure adherence to tagging and authoring standards, conducting quality reviews before publishing.
- Organize digital assets in AEM DAM, contributing to improved asset discoverability and reuse.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong expertise in AEM Sites and AEM DAM content authoring.
- Proven ability in A/B and multivariate testing, personalization, and optimization strategies.
- Solid proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services, B2B marketing, or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Familiarity with API integrations and customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for data-driven optimization.
