We are seeking a proactive Change Management Consultant to lead organizational change efforts for a strategic IT project. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring effective management of change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate communication throughout the change process.
• Identify and analyze potential risks associated with change initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to align change efforts with project goals.
• Design and deliver tailored training materials and communications for various audiences.
• Monitor adoption rates and adjust strategies to ensure long-term success.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management within IT environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise IT implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM).
