Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and plan.
- Engage stakeholders and facilitate communication throughout the change process.
- Identify and analyze potential risks associated with change initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers and IT teams to align change efforts with project goals.
- Design and deliver tailored training materials and communications for various audiences.
- Monitor adoption rates and adjust strategies to ensure long-term success.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management within IT environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise IT implementations (e.g., ERP, CRM).
