JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping sourcing strategies and driving commercial negotiations to support our business growth. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for direct and indirect purchase categories.
  • Collaborate with key business units to align sourcing strategies with long-term objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and minimize risks.
  • Identify and qualify suppliers to enhance product innovation and supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage cross-functional projects to streamline internal processes and improve data management.
  • Participate in product business teams as the Strategic Category Representative.

Skills

  • Proven experience in strategic sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively.
  • Excellent project management skills to handle diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Import/Export customs requirements and compliance documentation.
  • Experience in managing complex product management processes across various departments.
