JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Product Owner, where you'll drive the development and delivery of innovative products in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to align product goals with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize development features based on business value.
  • Create detailed user scenarios and requirements for product features.
  • Work within a Scrum framework to document new features and strategies.
  • Oversee testing, track issues, and ensure resolutions before production rollout.
  • Analyze data to support process improvements and solution impacts.
  • Develop business logic and metrics for decision support tools.
  • Identify risks and work on mitigation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong internal customer relationships.

Skills

  • Extensive experience with agile methodologies and software development processes.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in requirement analysis and documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the airline industry or business process re-engineering.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SDLC development methodologies.
  • Willingness to become a subject matter expert in specific applications.
