JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Project/Program Manager, where you'll drive impactful projects and lead innovative programs. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and a knack for managing complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet objectives.
  • Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Skills

  • Proven experience in project and program management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in managing projects in a similar industry.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
