JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a hybrid role that combines quality assurance with actuarial expertise? We are seeking a passionate QA Lead to drive innovation and excellence in our insurance domain projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a diverse QA team, ensuring effective workload management and professional growth.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee test readiness activities, including data setup and cross-system dependencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business and IT stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level estimates for project requests and plan team capacity accordingly.
  • Communicate test progress, milestones, and risk escalations through regular status reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA practices through innovation and automation.

Skills

  • Proven track record as a Senior QA Lead or Manager with over 10 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and understanding of job cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in insurance/annuity projects with actuarial testing experience.
  • Experience contributing to post-project reviews and driving QA improvements.
  • Ability to proactively identify and implement QA capability uplift opportunities.
