Responsibilities

• Design engaging and visually appealing presentations that align with storyboard directions and executive remarks.
• Collaborate with partners to establish and maintain presentation template guidelines.
• Operate presentation software during reviews, rehearsals, and live events, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Manage multiple presentation projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with flexibility and precision.
• Participate in weekly meetings to ensure alignment and timely delivery of presentation materials.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on PowerPoint capabilities and features.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to integrate interactive elements and adapt to quick changes in project requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SharePoint and Smartsheet for collaborative project management.
• Familiarity with asset management tools and communication platforms like Slack.
