Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage presentation production for various teams and speakers.
• Facilitate communication between speakers, production teams, and communication teams.
• Lead presentation input sessions, visual reviews, and offsite rehearsals.
• Provide guidance on presentation delivery and logistics.
• Develop and update templates and documents for key company meetings.
• Drive rehearsal planning and manage weekly agendas for meetings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

Skills

• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in managing large corporate meetings and executive presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with asset hub and Slack is advantageous.
• Experience with high-profile brands and visual presentation techniques.
