JOB DESCRIPTION

Join an innovative team as an Art Director, where creativity meets organization. This remote role offers an opportunity to collaborate on key company presentations, ensuring all visual elements align seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with presentation art directors to source and organize visual assets for key meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams to anticipate asset needs.
  • Ensure all visual materials comply with usage guidelines and have appropriate rights.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to align on presentation strategies and needs.
  • Assist in storyboarding and video review to enhance presentation quality.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with asset management tools and Slack.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
