Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual content and graphic assets for social media, email, digital ads, and in-store signage.
- Support the execution of seasonal campaign concepts while ensuring brand consistency.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters, and other Designers to develop cohesive designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Implement feedback from senior designers to refine and enhance design work.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously improve skills.
Skills
- 0–2 years of design experience, including internships or freelance work.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing foundational skills in layout, typography, and brand application.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to take direction well.
- Excellent collaboration skills and a strong interest in fashion and retail design.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Figma and motion design skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Ability to contribute to concepting sessions and share inspiration effectively.
