JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead innovative marketing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business partners and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Document project plans and maintain comprehensive project documentation for transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on project management methodologies and best practices.

Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within a creative agency or healthcare setting.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in communications, advertising, or marketing agency environments.
  • Familiarity with insights-driven marketing strategies and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and adapt to changing priorities.
