|Job ID 70925|Posted Jul 9, 2025Join our team as a Senior Systems Engineer where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the performance and reliability of enterprise-level monitoring solutions. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a blend of in-office and work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage monitoring solutions for both on-premise and AWS cloud environments.
- Assist in the migration and integration of monitoring solutions to enhance application performance and availability.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and dashboards to provide insights into system health and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align observability solutions with business needs.
- Analyze telemetry data to identify trends, gaps, and make recommendations for improvements.
Skills
- Proven experience in engineering monitoring solutions and supporting Event Management processes.
- Strong expertise in Dynatrace architecture, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in analyzing application performance telemetry and resolving performance issues.
- Hands-on experience with AWS CloudWatch.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a SaaS environment and familiarity with ITSM solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to produce actionable insights from telemetry data.
