JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Producer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage promotional email content and collaborate with various departments to ensure successful digital content launches.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Web Developers.
  • Ensure timely project launches by monitoring progress and communicating any deviations from schedules.
  • Manage email content management platforms to update and publish promotional content.
  • Conduct final assessments and approvals of email content prior to publishing.
  • Document processes and maintain a shared knowledge base among the Digital Operations team.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to accommodate change requests and deliver content consistently.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of digital operations and release processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle routine assignments with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with email tools and technologies.
  • Background in eCommerce or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in creating documentation and templates for team use.
