JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us as a Senior Marketing Technology Architect, where you'll lead the innovation and design of cutting-edge marketing technology solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale marketing technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure secure and high-performing integrations across customer engagement platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to improve marketing capabilities and customer experiences.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
  • Work with vendors and partners to integrate advanced solutions for identity resolution and data onboarding.

Skills

  • Extensive experience in software architecture with a focus on high-performance systems.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and data integration technologies like Kafka and Informatica.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Ability to lead large-scale initiatives and influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and modern development practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in regulated environments such as the financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations and their impact on marketing technology.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and personalization strategies.
  • Understanding of social engagement platforms and identity resolution tools.
