JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Manager, where you'll play a crucial role in driving credit card campaigns for consumer and business banking segments. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on strategic testing and creative development.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of credit card campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive acquisitions.
  • Develop targeting strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to refine criteria and timing.
  • Manage workflow tasks, ensuring timely approvals and prioritization.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and offers across various channels.
  • Maintain process documentation to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.

Skills

  • Minimum of five years in marketing, preferably within financial services or regulated industries.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, campaign automation, and segmentation strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and a knack for working independently.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in financial services marketing with a focus on deepening or cross-sell strategies.
  • Ability to interpret campaign metrics and translate them into strategic actions.
  • MBA is a plus.
