Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of projects and ensure technology operations readiness to support transformation initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, coordinate meetings, track progress, and maintain essential documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other project managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Implement commercial off-the-shelf solutions to transition from legacy systems.
- Develop and train on new IT processes to maximize the value of new technologies.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions to drive decision-making and maintain mutual understanding.
Skills
- Proven experience in project management using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Strong background in software implementation projects, including COTS and SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders and motivate teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with project management best practices and standards such as PMBoK and Agile principles.
- Experience in large data migration and interface/data exchange initiatives.
- Proficiency in project and strategic portfolio management applications like Microsoft Project or DevOps.
