JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of robust technology solutions that meet all functional and operational requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of existing systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Provide direction and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Manage and communicate the technological roadmap and overall health of solutions within your area.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all projects and initiatives.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in application development or software implementation.
  • Proficiency in VB, C#, SQL, AWS (S3, API Gateway, Cloudwatch, Lambda), and Oracle.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a knack for guiding teams towards excellence.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop unbiased solutions to technical challenges.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in environments with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA or PCI.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or with pharmacy benefit management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Product Delivery models.
  • Understanding of security implications in technology domains.
