Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of robust technology solutions that meet all functional and operational requirements.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in application development or software implementation.
- Proficiency in VB, C#, SQL, AWS (S3, API Gateway, Cloudwatch, Lambda), and Oracle.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a knack for guiding teams towards excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop unbiased solutions to technical challenges.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in environments with regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA or PCI.
- Previous experience in the healthcare industry or with pharmacy benefit management.
- Familiarity with Agile or Product Delivery models.
- Understanding of security implications in technology domains.
