JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as an RFP Coordinator and Writer, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the RFP process from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with various teams, ensuring high-quality and timely submissions that drive new business success.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee the RFP projects, developing timelines and assigning tasks.
  • Facilitate daily meetings with the RFP writing team to discuss progress and upcoming tasks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and sales teams to gather necessary information and approvals.
  • Ensure all response artifacts are packaged and submitted by the deadline.
  • Read and analyze solicitation documents to tailor proposals strategically.
  • Maintain high-quality standards for all proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements.

Skills

  • Strong project management experience with a focus on managing complex timelines.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills for clear and compelling proposal creation.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and content management software.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project coordination within marketing or proposal teams.
  • Familiarity with RFPs or health insurance industry.
  • Ability to facilitate daily team meetings and check-ins.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability in dynamic environments.
