Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. • The work involves retrofitting existing Amazon grocery buildings, modifying them to meet new design requirements and customer needs.
  • Responsibilities include design review, ordering shelving, overseeing installation of new shelving through third-party contractors, and ensuring all work meets permitted standards and food health safety standards.
  • The project manager needs to be able to work in a live operational environment, making changes to buildings while they're still running without impacting customer or associate experience.
  • The role requires strong communication skills, technological proficiency (including use of computers, email, Microsoft software, and potentially CAD or other specialized software), and the ability to travel continuously.
