Responsibilities
- Assist the Lifecycle Marketing team in managing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Work collaboratively with external partners to streamline campaign processes and improve execution.
- Develop and share insights from project retrospectives to inform future strategies and enhance organizational learning.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least two years of experience with omni-channel marketing tools.
- Proficiency in personalization logic and basic HTML.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable.
- Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality execution.
