We are seeking a talented UX Visual Interaction Designer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to create user-centered designs that enhance the digital experience for our customers across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and present engaging design concepts that align with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research to inform design decisions and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility and usability in all digital products.
• Utilize human-centered design methods to create innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Review and evaluate designs and prototypes for accessibility compliance and user experience improvements.
• Mentor team members on best practices in accessibility and user experience design.

Skills

• Proven experience in user experience design and interactive design principles.
• Strong understanding of web accessibility standards and guidelines.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in design tools and software relevant to UX design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with semantic HTML and ARIA markup.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools for accessibility.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and its application in UX design.
• Certification in accessibility or user experience design is a plus.
