Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding for multiple roles simultaneously.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create compelling job descriptions and assess candidates for alignment with company values and mission.
- Guide and coach interviewers to ensure best practices in the selection process.
- Partner with HR and Diversity teams to promote inclusive hiring practices.
- Track recruitment metrics and stay informed on market trends and labor laws.
Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within financial services or insurance industries.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing through social media and direct outreach.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in developing custom recruiting strategies for diverse talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with labor laws and sourcing innovations.
