Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to onboarding for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create compelling job descriptions and assess candidates for alignment with company values and mission.
• Guide and coach interviewers to ensure best practices in the selection process.
• Partner with HR and Diversity teams to promote inclusive hiring practices.
• Track recruitment metrics and stay informed on market trends and labor laws.

Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within financial services or insurance industries.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing through social media and direct outreach.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in developing custom recruiting strategies for diverse talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with labor laws and sourcing innovations.
