JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Project Coordinator, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting nationwide hardware infrastructure projects. This position offers a dynamic work environment based in Minneapolis, providing essential administrative and logistical support to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of hardware infrastructure installations, from scope definition to deployment.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including inventory management, device configuration, and logistics coordination.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with field technicians and vendor teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain and update project documentation using Smartsheet and other tools.
  • Monitor communication channels for updates and respond promptly to inquiries and escalations.
  • Organize and participate in project meetings, documenting action items and follow-ups.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Slack, and Excel for project management and data tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and coordination.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with network equipment, structured cabling, and server infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with retail technology and power infrastructure systems.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and problem-solving skills.
