We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of Salesforce Experience Cloud projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-based projects, ensuring alignment with project scope and timelines.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, clients, and external agencies to facilitate project execution.
• Facilitate agile processes for project teams, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between stakeholders and the delivery team, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
• Oversee resource allocation, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Identify delivery risks and propose effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and project scalability.

Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing technical or digital project delivery.
• Proven track record of managing agile delivery and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with life sciences or regulated digital content.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-based projects and implementations.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
