JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Experience Cloud Operations Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in building and managing engaging websites. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and utilize cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and launch websites using Salesforce Experience Cloud and CMS, ensuring alignment with design assets.
  • Transform design files into responsive web pages using standard components and tools.
  • Manage and format web content within Salesforce CMS, maintaining consistency and scalability.
  • Work closely with the Technical Services team to meet project timelines and requirements.
  • Support quality assurance by validating page design and functionality.
  • Collaborate with peers to solve challenges and maintain best practices across projects.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce Experience Cloud features to enhance delivery processes.
  • Assist with site updates and troubleshoot common platform issues.

Skills

  • Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and CMS.
  • Ability to translate Figma designs into functional web pages.
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining design fidelity and content accuracy.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of CSS for minor styling tasks.
  • Experience in cross-training on other marketing platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting platform issues.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
