Responsible sourcing and interviewing qualified individuals and maintaining a “bench” of qualified candidates to use to fill open positions within the stores organization for Brooks Brothers. He/she is also responsible for consistently finding new and creative ways to source and recruit talented individuals in to the Company.
- Produce prospective candidates through ID research, networking, cold calling, internet research and sourcing, internal/external sourcing, career fairs, on-campus recruiting and industry publications
- Review and evaluate resumes, determine qualifications of candidates and select qualified candidates to present to hiring managers
- Maintain a database of candidates for future reference
- Proactively research and investigate new sourcing ideas
- Manage the entire interviewing process, from initial candidate contact to managing the candidate through the final offer process
- Partner with all levels of the organization to create a strategy for filling open positions quickly and efficiently
- Create and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates within the apparel industry
- Manage offer process including reference checks, background screenings and partnering with the Director of Compensation on salary requirements
Position Requirements:
- minimum 2-3 years experience in recruiting talent within the retail industry - Preferably in Luxury Retail (not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple and competing priorities
