Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners, partners, and engineering teams to create innovative product designs that meet business needs.
- Illustrate design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design high-level flows, detailed wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design vision.
- Conduct research and informal testing to validate design directions and ensure user-centered design principles are applied.
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, from analysis and design to testing and implementation.
- Utilize appropriate tools to analyze and resolve business and technical challenges.
- Lead the design and development of information technology solutions across multiple platforms and technologies.
Skills
- Strong expertise in User Experience design and application of Design Thinking principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and designs effectively to team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with innovative product design and user-centered design methodologies.
- Familiarity with conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions.
- Knowledge of various software development life cycle methodologies.
