JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team as a Full Stack RPA Engineer, where you will play a key role in developing intelligent automation solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that enhance business efficiency and drive innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop end-to-end RPA bots to automate business processes using leading tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation workflows.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive automation solutions, including data integration and API management.
  • Implement robust exception handling, logging, and performance monitoring for bots.
  • Integrate bots with AI/ML models to enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with security and governance standards across all automations.
  • Participate in code reviews and support CI/CD pipeline deployments.
  • Continuously improve automation frameworks and development practices.

Skills

  • Proven experience in RPA development with tools like Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and database integration.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with document understanding frameworks.
  • Understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems, such as SAP or Salesforce.
  • RPA certifications are a plus.
