Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to align program outcomes with organizational objectives.
• Oversee program activities to ensure goals and commitments are met.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to focus on business goals and define program governance.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring seamless execution to achieve business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business readiness and facilitate change management.
• Identify and mitigate risks to minimize negative impacts on business outcomes.
• Manage program budget and partner with Product Manager and Business Sponsor for funding approvals.

Skills

• Extensive experience in leading enterprise-level programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project leadership skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Over 11 years of experience in program management.
• PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
