Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to align program outcomes with organizational objectives.
- Oversee program activities to ensure goals and commitments are met.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to focus on business goals and define program governance.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of initiatives, ensuring seamless execution to achieve business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business readiness and facilitate change management.
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize negative impacts on business outcomes.
- Manage program budget and partner with Product Manager and Business Sponsor for funding approvals.
Skills
- Extensive experience in leading enterprise-level programs with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project leadership skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Over 11 years of experience in program management.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
