JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our team as a Security Analyst IAM, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our Identity Access Management program. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge IAM tools and collaborate with diverse teams to improve security processes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in identifying and mitigating identity and access management risks.
  • Manage user access certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with compliance and audit teams to align access management practices with standards.
  • Define and maintain roles and entitlements within applications and platforms.
  • Participate in security projects and drive IAM process improvements.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among partners to ensure consistent access assignments.
  • Analyze and resolve provisioning and de-provisioning activities.
  • Partner with various teams to develop and implement IAM solutions.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Oracle Identity Manager, or Okta.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence peers and leadership.
  • Understanding of IAM principles and regulatory compliance environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills

  • Security certification such as CISSP.
  • Experience in developing and documenting business roles and procedures.
  • Exposure to user acceptance testing and defect resolution.
