- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to design impactful recruiting campaigns.
- Leverage data and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Engage with the Diversity Strategy team to enhance diverse talent acquisition efforts.
Skills
- Proven experience in technology recruitment, with a focus on full life cycle recruiting.
- Strong ability to negotiate and close job offers, ensuring candidate satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adept multi-tasking capabilities.
Preferred Skills
- Background in financial services recruitment to understand industry-specific needs.
- Advanced sourcing techniques across modern technology platforms, including AI, Cloud, and Data.
