JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Security Analyst specializing in Identity Access Management (IAM) for a fully remote contract position. This role offers the opportunity to enhance and maintain IAM practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to secure systems and data.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate new and existing applications with the current IAM platform for efficient access provisioning and deprovisioning.
  • Gather requirements and facilitate discussions to implement and automate Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) processes.
  • Provide guidance on IAM processes, create solutions, and collaborate with business partners to onboard applications.
  • Support the development and enforcement of IAM policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Administer and maintain IAM technologies, including privileged access management and identity governance tools.
  • Create process documentation to manage access administration for centralized applications.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related fields in information security.
  • Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, best practices, and governance models.
  • Technical exposure to IAM tool suites and familiarity with cloud IAM solutions.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and risks in IAM data.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams and present complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Certified Identity Access Manager (CIAM) or similar certification.
  • Experience with automation tools for IAM processes.
  • Understanding of API-based integrations for IAM tools.
  • Extensive experience in access governance across large organizational networks.
