JOB DESCRIPTION

Join us in a dynamic role as an IT Project Coordinator, where you'll play a vital part in managing and coordinating various projects remotely. Your expertise in project management will be crucial in ensuring successful project execution and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring seamless communication and progress tracking.
  • Assist in organizing project documents and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage smaller projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Support PMO with process responsibilities, including time tracking and portfolio management.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Experience in managing projects, with a background in hospital or clinical settings.

Preferred Skills

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Server software is advantageous.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles, including capital and expense management.
