Join our dynamic team as a Programs Control Sr. Principal Planner/Scheduler Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in developing and managing multi-year plans for customer deliverables. This position offers a hybrid work environment based in Broomfield, CO, providing an opportunity to work on exciting aerospace and defense projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year plans, coordinating schedules across various work centers.
• Communicate schedule plans to program teams and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of program baselines to meet Earned Value Management standards.
• Analyze schedules and prepare reports for customer and management meetings.
• Facilitate scheduling discussions and support the establishment of project milestones.
• Coordinate detailed production schedules and integrate them into the master schedule.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and present findings to program teams.
• Mentor junior planners and maintain effective working relationships within the organization.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with substantial experience in planning and scheduling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and experience in maintaining program schedule baselines.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with teams and presenting to stakeholders.
• Experience in Aerospace and Defense projects with a solid understanding of Earned Value Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using SSI Tools in a multi-project environment.
• Advanced degrees or additional technical experience in lieu of formal education.
