Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in defining requirements and managing product development for new regulatory requirements in digital messaging.
• Oversee product activities including discovery, solutioning, and risk/dependency management to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance communication and drive decision-making processes.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation within Jira and maintain transparency in project progress.
• Manage timelines and resources efficiently to meet project goals and regulatory compliance.

Skills

• Proven experience in digital product management or Agile software development with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent data literacy and analysis skills to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel, with a solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in leading product development initiatives in a global setting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
