This role offers the opportunity to drive excellence in incident management and collaborate across multiple functions to enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire incident lifecycle, ensuring swift resolution and effective communication.
- Oversee the incident management process and coordinate with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with engineering and vendor teams to address critical issues promptly.
- Manage outages and emergencies while adhering to assurance KPIs and SLAs.
- Work closely with various teams to drive process improvements and enhance service uptime.
- Ensure detailed documentation of technical issues and maintain optimal levels of open incident backlog.
Skills
- Strong background in telecom or wireless industry with extensive experience in NOC environments.
- Proven ability to prioritize dynamic schedules and manage incidents effectively.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a keen understanding of 5G network components.
- Ability to work under pressure and build strong relationships internally and externally.
- Self-motivated with exceptional people management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in a related field is highly desirable.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and KPI analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and integration processes.
- Ability to adapt to a fluid work environment and handle multiple priorities.
