|Job ID 70846|Posted Jun 30, 2025We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our HR & Employee Experience Product Management team. This role offers the opportunity to enhance service delivery and improve the employee experience through innovative ServiceNow solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow, focusing on modules such as IT Service Management and HR Service Delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead or support global implementations and enhancements of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and service optimization across the employee lifecycle.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Communicate project scope, timelines, and progress to stakeholders effectively.
- Conduct impact analysis and change management planning for new features.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-launch activities, including user training and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards in enterprise systems.
