Amazon is building the next generation of hardware and software products to support our global transportation network. Relay Fleet Tech owns multiple hardware and software products and tools focused on asset tracking, management, maintenance, and visibility for Middle Mile. Our primary customers are carriers, fleet operations, planning, and fraud prevention and mitigation teams. Our team is looking for a talented, motivated, and self-directed Business Analyst to join our team. As a BA, you will help support development of our team's metrics, reporting, and dashboards and work closely with the product and engineering teams to generate insights that will guide product development and execution for our customers.

Key job responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage business metrics using SQL and Python and metrics reporting process and perform ad hoc data extraction and reporting requests.
2. Build WBR and MBR data metrics and dashboards for product and operations teams
3. Generate actionable insights through the development of metrics, dashboards and deep dive analyses
4. Analysis of data and metrics to identify trends and support decision making, including written and verbal presentation of results and recommendations.
5. Engage directly with leadership to recommend business intelligence solutions.
6. Model complex/abstract problems and discover insights using statistics, data mining, and visualization techniques.
7. Automate processes by developing deep-dive tools, UIs, metrics, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
