We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our digital analytics and technology investments, providing valuable insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of portfolio management processes and ensure accurate labor allocation.
• Administer the resource time reporting system and manage changes as needed.
• Prepare resource analysis and deliver insights to various teams.
• Participate in monthly business reviews and collaborate with key partners.
• Assist in the vendor payment process and support communication with vendor partners.
• Maintain configurations and lifecycle role permissions within relevant tools.
• Provide periodic and ad-hoc analysis and recommendations as required.

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, or two years of general work experience.
• At least 1 year of professional experience related to data analysis.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
• Capacity to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
• Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years of experience managing IT program financials or budget management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Confluence/Wiki, SharePoint, and Planview.
