In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing our digital analytics and technology investments, providing valuable insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of portfolio management processes and ensure accurate labor allocation.
- Administer the resource time reporting system and manage changes as needed.
- Prepare resource analysis and deliver insights to various teams.
- Participate in monthly business reviews and collaborate with key partners.
- Assist in the vendor payment process and support communication with vendor partners.
- Maintain configurations and lifecycle role permissions within relevant tools.
- Provide periodic and ad-hoc analysis and recommendations as required.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, or two years of general work experience.
- At least 1 year of professional experience related to data analysis.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Capacity to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Preferred Skills
- 1+ years of experience managing IT program financials or budget management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Confluence/Wiki, SharePoint, and Planview.
