Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive customer research studies, from design to implementation, across diverse Smart Home product areas.
- Analyze research findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with research vendors to ensure quality and efficiency in project execution.
- Innovate and streamline processes using AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders to translate research outcomes into strategic actions.

- Proven expertise in quantitative research and data analysis.
- Strong project management skills with a track record in complex environments.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
